...to a two story house on the outskirts of Goldenrod, the lower level extended and flat-roofed, with a railed balcony. There's a fenced backyard, not overly large, with plenty of trees.
And then the camera turns to Ken's face, looking immensely satisfied with himself.]
So, I thought it kinda sucked staying in the inn all the time, right? And there's a lot of us, it gets expensive too.
...well, long story short, I found a house to rent. Just picked up the keys. So, Ran, Mamoru, Youji, Chloe, Aya-chan--whenever you guys are ready, you can bring your stuff over from the inn.

[The stairs are at the back of the house, so the end of the hall is the front of the house--the master bedroom, which is the largest, opens out onto the balcony, as does the room on the right.]
